The IPL Franchisee, Deccan Chargers, announced on Thursday the schedule of sale of tickets in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar from April 12 for the DLF-Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 matches scheduled at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium (Uppal), here from April 22.

The sale of tickets will be between 2 to 8 p.m. on April 12 and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 13 and 14 through select ICICI Bank branches in the above three places mentioned.

Tickets would simultaneously be made available online by logging on to http://www.deccanchargers.com.

The denominations of the tickets: East Pavilion: Rs. 250; West Pavilion: Rs. 500; North Pavilion (Level 2 — Terrace): Rs.1,000; South Pavilion (Level 2 — Terrace): Rs. 1500; North Pavilion (Ground & Level 1): Rs. 2,000; South Pavilion (Ground & Level 1): Rs. 2,500.


Mumbai Indians franchise team have started the sale of tickets online for their home league matches in the DLF Indian Premier League for the matches in the city which will be played at two venues - the Wankhede Stadium and the D Y Patil Stadium at Nerul in Navi Mumbai.


Kolkata cricket fans can book the IPL 2008 tickets on their mobile.
